According to a report released on March 4, the number of new job positions posted in the first week after the holiday period in 2026 increased by 18.81% compared to the same period last year. At the same time, the number of active job seekers rose by 15.78% year-on-year. This indicates that both companies and job seekers resumed their activities almost simultaneously, creating a synchronized rhythm in recruitment and job hunting. The market quickly entered a state of dual growth in supply and demand after the holiday, setting a generally positive tone for the year's hiring trend.

The main drivers of overall recruitment growth come from the high-end, intelligent, and green transformation of the manufacturing sector, as well as the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy. Vehicle manufacturing led the growth with a year-on-year increase of 62.22%, followed by smart hardware/consumer electronics and automotive parts and components. This reflects the strong expansion demand in the automotive industry chain and the consumer electronics sector at the beginning of 2026. Industries such as new energy and machinery/equipment also maintained rapid growth, highlighting the urgent need for talent driven by manufacturing upgrades and the green transition.
