The clarified details confirm that the Share Consolidation will become effective on 21 November 2025. Dealings in the Consolidated Shares will commence at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 21 November 2025. Following the consolidation, new share certificates will be issued in light blue, while the existing certificates in yellow will cease to be valid for delivery trading and settlement purposes after 4:10 p.m. on 29 December 2025. However, they will remain valid as documents of title.
