According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on October 3rd, a shareholder of KAISA GROUP (01638) transferred shares from Citibank to Construction Asia, with the transfer valued at HK$144 million, representing 9.86% of the company's shares.

KAISA GROUP previously announced that following a joint application by consent summons filed by all parties, the High Court issued an order on September 22, 2025, to dismiss the petition (as amended). As of the announcement date, there were no pending winding-up petitions against the company.

Earlier on September 15th, KAISA GROUP announced that all conditions for its offshore debt restructuring had been satisfied, and the restructuring scheme had become fully effective.
