Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it repurchased 25,000 ordinary shares on Jul, 14 2026 at prices ranging from US$61.1025 to US$61.81 per share, with a weighted average price of US$61.3029. The shares will be cancelled.

Following the buyback, the company’s issued share capital stands at 294,158,976 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote, and it holds no treasury shares, the company added.
