On September 15th, JD.com announced a 7 billion yuan investment in Beijing to construct youth talent apartments, with plans to open the facilities for interns to live rent-free in multiple phases.

The residential complex features over 5,000 square meters of commercial space and has already welcomed various supporting businesses including coffee shops, convenience stores, barbershops, and entertainment venues.
