24H | 3M Gains 5%; Chip Stocks Drop With SK hynix Down 3%, Micron Down 1%

Dow Futures rose 0.20%, S&P 500 Futures rose 0.10%, Nasdaq Futures fell 0.01% as sentiment leaned cautiously optimistic.

3M shares rose 4.8% in overnight trading. The industrial conglomerate said it was expanding its commercial relationship with Amazon and had ​issued a warrant to an Amazon subsidiary, ‌allowing it the right to buy 3M common stock worth over $521 million.

Chip stcoks dropped in overnight trading. SK hynix fell 3%; Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bull 3x Shares fell 2%; Western Digital, Cerebras Systems, SanDisk, Seagate, and Micron fell 1%.
