According to the Next Day Disclosure Return dated 13 November 2025, Jiangxi Rimag Group Co., Ltd. (02522) reported a repurchase of 729,500 H shares on 13 November 2025. The transaction was conducted on the Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 16.21 to HKD 16.51, for an aggregate consideration of approximately HKD 11,964,985.

Prior to the repurchase, there were 291,143,574 issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 2,984,500 treasury shares. Following the repurchase, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 290,414,074 while the number of treasury shares increased to 3,714,000. The total number of shares, at 294,128,074, remained unchanged.
