Frasers Property completes divestment of four European assets

Frasers Property Limited (TQ5) announced the completion of its previously proposed divestment of equity interests in four property companies that own assets in Germany and the Netherlands.

On completion, the group, through wholly owned subsidiaries Frasers Property Investments (Europe) B.V. and FPE Investments RE11 B.V., retains a 10.1% stake in two of the four divested property companies.

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd., manager of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust, separately confirmed the completion of its acquisition of the same property interests on the Singapore Exchange.

The transaction was finalised on Jul, 31 2026.
