Beijing SinoHytec Co., Ltd. (SinoHytec) disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tangshan Qianchen New Energy Development Co., Ltd., has initiated legal proceedings in the Hebei Province Tangshan City Intermediate People’s Court against Foshan Feichi Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.

The lawsuit centers on outstanding contractual claims totaling RMB162.21 million. Legal counsel has been engaged, and the subsidiary is currently assessing the case.

Based on the Board’s preliminary view, the litigation is not expected to have a material impact on the Group’s day-to-day operations. SinoHytec stated that it will issue further announcements if any significant developments arise.
