Tesla posted on the X platform, stating: "ISS has again completely ignored the fundamental points of investment and governance. They oppose the compensation plan approved by shareholders (and Elon has already earned this compensation), as well as the CEO performance award for 2025 (Elon will only receive any reward if shareholders achieve significant returns)."

Tesla further commented, "ISS's baseless and absurd opposition to Ira demonstrates their disconnect from reality. As Tesla's longest-serving independent director, Ira has established a governance framework that has enabled Tesla to achieve an astonishing total shareholder return (TSR) of approximately 39,000% under his leadership. He exemplifies our highly engaged board, with practical leadership and effective governance focused on long-term value. ISS can easily tell others how to vote because they have no vested interests themselves."

Tesla is urging, "Please support Tesla by voting in favor of all proposals."
