TradeGo Executes HKD 2.68 Million Share Buyback, Boosting Treasury Stock to 44.05 Million Shares

TradeGo Fintech Limited disclosed that it repurchased 2.00 million ordinary shares on 10 August 2026 through on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The buyback was executed at prices ranging from HKD 1.32 to HKD 1.35 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 1.34 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 2.68 million.

Following the transaction, TradeGo’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.28% to 705.95 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 44.05 million. The company’s total issued share count remains unchanged at 750.00 million shares.

The repurchase formed part of the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 70.69 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 7.84 million shares, equal to 1.11% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 9 September 2026. TradeGo confirmed that the repurchase complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and all relevant regulatory requirements.
