New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. (NCI) will convene its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26 June 2026 at 2:30 p.m. in Beijing (21/F, NCI Tower, A12 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District). The meeting will adopt a registered-poll format, with on-site voting for all shareholders and an online option for A-share investors.

Shareholder schedule: • 22 Jun 2026 (16:30 HKT): Deadline to lodge H-share transfer documents to qualify for AGM attendance and voting. • 23 – 26 Jun 2026: H-share register closed for AGM record-date determination (record date: 23 Jun 2026). • 13 Jul 2026 (16:30 HKT): Deadline to lodge H-share transfers to qualify for the 2025 final dividend. • 14 – 17 Jul 2026: H-share register closed for dividend entitlement (record date: 17 Jul 2026).

Proxy arrangements require submission of completed forms to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by 25 Jun 2026 (24 hours before the AGM). Joint shareholders’ voting will follow the seniority order on the register.

The Board will also present a report for review on the company’s 2025 related-party transactions. The AGM is expected to last half a day, with attendees responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
