On 22 July 2026, Auntea Jenny (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its H-share full-circulation plan, converting 35.26 million domestic unlisted shares into H shares. The newly converted shares will begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 09:00 on 23 July 2026.

Following the conversion:
