Tongyu Communication Inc. (002792.SZ) announced a plan to set up an investment partnership to strengthen its position in the satellite communication market.

To advance its corporate strategy, the company will leverage the industry expertise and resource networks of professional investment institutions. The move aims to deepen its footprint in the satellite communication field by identifying high-quality projects and development opportunities along the industrial chain.

Recently, Tongyu Communication signed a partnership agreement with Jiaxing Tianqi Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiaxing Tianqi") and other limited partners. The agreement establishes the "Qingdao Qiheng Flame No. 3 Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)."

As a limited partner, the company will contribute 10 million yuan from its own funds to the partnership. The initiative is designed to combine professional investment experience with industry trends and the company’s own development direction. This multi-dimensional approach will help explore new opportunities for industrial upgrades.

While maintaining the stable growth of its core business, the investment is expected to optimize the company's investment structure. It will also enhance the returns on capital investments and improve asset management capabilities, ultimately supporting the company's long-term development.
