UNQ Holdings Limited announced that Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative Ms. Ng Sau Mei will resign effective 30 March 2026 due to other work arrangements. The Board confirmed that Ms. Ng has no disagreements with management and no issues requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Effective the same date, the Group will appoint Ms. Poon Wai Shan as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative. Ms. Poon, currently a manager in the company secretarial services department of TMF Hong Kong Limited, brings more than 25 years of corporate governance experience and is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK).

Mr. Shen Yu, the Group’s Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, and current Joint Company Secretary, will continue in his existing roles. Mr. Shen has more than 17 years of experience in finance, marketing, and corporate management and has served within the Group since 2016.

The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Ng for her service and welcomed Ms. Poon to her new position.
