Beisen Holding Limited reported a share repurchase on 31 August 2026, acquiring 377,800 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for an aggregate HKD 1.17 million. The purchase price ranged between HKD 3.01 and HKD 3.15 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 3.1005.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.05 % to 722.59 million shares, while treasury share holdings increased to 15.25 million. Total issued shares remain at 737.84 million.
The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 18 September 2025, which authorises Beisen to repurchase up to 70.12 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 20.02 million shares, equivalent to 2.86 % of the issued share count on the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales remains in place until 30 September 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules.
