Tak Lee Machinery Holdings Limited reported zero movement in its share capital for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued shares totalled 1.00 billion, and the group held no treasury shares at either the beginning or end of the month, indicating no repurchases, cancellations, or new issuances during the period.

Tak Lee Machinery also confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares. The firm’s share-option scheme, adopted on 30 June 2017, showed no outstanding, granted, or exercised options in July. The scheme’s unutilised pool stands at 100.00 million shares, leaving headroom for potential future incentives.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance agreements were outstanding, and no transactions affecting share capital occurred throughout the month.

The filing was submitted by Company Secretary Ng Wai Ying, who confirmed adherence to all relevant regulatory and listing requirements.
