Green Sailing Technology Co., Ltd. is currently operating at full capacity to produce cartons for Yan Yuan County, which cultivates over 420,000 acres of apples. As autumn arrives, the apples ripen one after another, and busy scenes of picking, packing, and shipping can be seen in orchards across the region.

As the only carton manufacturer in Yan Yuan County, Green Sailing Technology is working tirelessly to meet the demand for apple packaging. "Out of an order for 10 million cartons, we’ve already completed 7 million," said Hou Dehai, the company’s general manager, on October 21, expressing the overwhelming workload. In addition to standard cartons, the company also produces customized high-end gift boxes, carry cases, and specialty packaging for local fruit growers.

Zhao Zhuliang, a support official from Jiangyang District, noted that the lack of carton production resources and high packaging costs were identified as obstacles to Yan Yuan’s apple sales. To address this, Jiangyang District invested 1.55 million yuan and collaborated with China Telecom and Jiuzhou Group to equip the company with advanced machinery, including a die-cutting machine, a corrugated paper laminator, and a 2.2-meter-wide corrugated cardboard production line. These upgrades significantly boosted packaging capacity.

Now, Yan Yuan apples, dressed in their new packaging, are reaching nationwide markets via e-commerce, helping local farmers increase their income.
