Elegance Optical (00907) has announced that it received a letter from the Stock Exchange on May 26, 2026, containing the company's resumption guidance.

According to the resumption guidance letter, the company must meet the following conditions to be allowed to resume trading of its shares: (a) demonstrate compliance with Listing Rule 13.24 (possessing an adequate level of operations and assets); (b) re-comply with Listing Rules 3.10(1) and 3.10A (having at least three independent non-executive directors, with at least one-third of the board being independent non-executive directors); and (c) provide all significant information to the market to enable the company's shareholders and investors to assess its status.

Furthermore, trading in the company's shares remains suspended.
