Acrophyte Hospitality Trust announced on Feb, 26 2026 that independent adviser HVS Consulting and Valuation has completed a valuation of the stapled group’s 32-hotel portfolio in the United States as at Dec, 31 2025.

The assessment placed the combined worth of the assets at approximately 965 million Singapore dollars, covering 28 Hyatt-branded hotels, three Marriott-branded properties and one Hilton-branded hotel spread across 17 U.S. states and totalling 4,188 rooms.

The managers said the full valuation reports can be reviewed by appointment at the trust’s registered office for three months starting from the announcement date.
