Mr. Tao Chen, who has served as a non-executive director since January 8, 2025, will transition to the role of executive director starting November 7, 2025, overseeing the group's daily operations.

Additionally, the board announced the appointment of Ms. Meng Yao as a non-executive director, effective November 7, 2025.
