YNBY International Limited announced on 11 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report has been published in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews website and on the company’s corporate site (www.0030.com.hk). Printed copies are available free of charge upon shareholder request to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Concurrent with the report’s release, YNBY International confirmed its adoption of the electronic dissemination regime permitted under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A, which has been in effect since 31 December 2023. Going forward, all corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided electronically on the company’s website and HKEXnews, replacing routine physical mailings.

Shareholders are encouraged to supply a functional email address by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to the share registrar. Failure to do so will require shareholders to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites proactively for new publications; Actionable Corporate Communications will continue to be dispatched in printed form if no email address is supplied.
