Currently, the "At-Home Rapid Testing" service is in trial operation in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Hangzhou. Users can search for "居家閃檢" on the Taobao App to access the service page and schedule an appointment. A professionally trained courier will deliver a sampling kit to their doorstep, assist with throat swab collection, and transport the sample to a nationally certified laboratory for testing. Users can view their test reports online within an average of three hours.

The "12-in-1 Respiratory Virus and Bacteria Test" covers 12 common respiratory pathogens, including Influenza A, Influenza B, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, SARS-CoV-2, human rhinovirus, and adenovirus, addressing diverse testing needs during peak infection periods.
