The sports and entertainment conglomerate TKO Group Holdings has announced it will release its financial results for the second quarter of 2026 after the US market closes on Monday, August 3.

A conference call and webcast to discuss the quarter's performance will follow at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the same day.

Company Overview and Recent Performance

TKO Group Holdings owns major sports and entertainment brands including UFC, WWE, and PBR. Its content reaches over one billion households across more than 210 countries and territories, with the company staging over 500 live events annually.

The company posted a strong performance in the first quarter, with revenue reaching $1.597 billion, a 26% year-over-year increase. Adjusted EBITDA grew 32% to $550 million, and net income was $249.8 million. First-quarter free cash flow stood at $675 million, representing a cash conversion rate of 123%.

Financial Outlook and Market Expectations

Market consensus estimates for the upcoming second quarter are for revenue of approximately $1.55 billion and earnings per share of around $1.51.

The company has reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, targeting revenue between $5.675 billion and $5.775 billion and adjusted EBITDA in the range of $2.240 billion to $2.290 billion. This guidance implies a full-year revenue growth rate of roughly 21% and an EBITDA growth rate of about 43%, with an expected margin expansion of approximately 600 basis points.

Key Factors for the Second Quarter

Notable items for the second quarter include an anticipated loss of around $30 million related to the UFC "Freedom 250" event, and WrestleMania ticket sales that were impacted by a softer Las Vegas market.

Management has previously indicated that the second quarter is expected to be WWE's largest contributor to both revenue and EBITDA for the full year. Furthermore, margins for both UFC and WWE are projected to be meaningfully ahead of 2025's levels.

Shareholder Returns

The company has been actively returning capital to shareholders. In the first quarter, approximately $1 billion was returned through share repurchases and dividends. The board of directors has also authorized a new $1 billion share repurchase program. TKO Group Holdings pays a quarterly cash dividend of about $0.79 per share.
