DBS Buys 200,000 JustCo Shares for IPO Stabilisation

JustCo Holdings Limited announced that stabilising manager DBS Bank Ltd. purchased 200,000 of its shares on May, 26 2026 as part of the stabilising actions linked to the company’s initial public offering on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 0.795 to 0.800 Singapore dollars per share.

DBS Bank stated that the purchases were executed either directly as principal or through dealers acting on its behalf.
