Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. announced that at an employee representative meeting held on 23 September 2026, Mr. Lin Daiji, aged 39, was elected as the employee representative director for the company’s forthcoming Fourth Session of the Board. His appointment will take effect upon the conclusion of the 2026 Third Extraordinary General Meeting, when the new Board is constituted, and will remain valid for the full term of that session.
In line with established policy for executive directors, Mr. Lin will not receive directors’ fees; instead, he will be compensated through salary and emoluments tied to his functional responsibilities.
Mr. Lin joined Eastroc in January 2019 and has held successive roles including deputy manager of the internal audit department, deputy manager and manager of the fund management department. He became an employee representative director in February 2024 and was re-designated as an executive director in April 2025. Mr. Lin holds an accounting degree from Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, obtained in January 2021.
The company confirmed that Mr. Lin has no other directorships in listed companies over the past three years, no related-party ties with directors, senior management or major shareholders, and no shareholding in Eastroc under Part XV of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Following this announcement, Eastroc’s Board comprises six executive directors—Mr. Lin Mugin, Mr. Lin Mugang, Mr. Lu Yifu, Ms. Jiang Weiwei, Mr. Zhang Lei and Mr. Lin Daiji—and four independent non-executive directors—Ms. Zhao Yali, Ms. You Xiao, Mr. Li Hongbin and Mr. Tai Kwok Leung, Alexander.
