Trillion Holding Group Limited (formerly China General Education Group Limited) confirmed that its English corporate name has been officially changed to “Trillion Holding Group Limited,” with the Chinese dual foreign name “万艺控股集团有限公司.” The Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name on 10 September 2026, following shareholder approval at the 25 August 2026 extraordinary general meeting.

The Hong Kong Companies Registry subsequently registered the altered name on 9 October 2026, completing all procedural requirements. Existing share certificates bearing the previous name remain valid for trading and settlement; no free exchange of certificates will be arranged. New share certificates will be issued under the revised name from 28 October 2026.

Stock short names on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will transition at 9:00 a.m. on 28 October 2026—from “CH GENERAL EDU” to “TRILLION HLDG” in English and from “中國通才教育” to “萬藝控股集團” in Chinese. The stock code will stay unchanged at 2175 (also referenced as 02175).

The company’s official website and corporate logo remain unchanged. Trillion Holding Group’s board currently comprises three executive directors—Zhang Zhiwei (Chairman), Niu Xiaojun and Tian Yan—and four independent non-executive directors—Zan Zhihong, Hu Yuting, Wong Chi Wah and Hu Binhong.
