Bulletin Express
09/01

Qunabox Group Limited reported that on 1 September 2026 it repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$8.92 and HK$9.18 per share, spending a total of HK$0.91 million.

Including the latest transaction, Qunabox has bought back 300,000 shares since its current mandate was approved on 22 May 2026. The cumulative repurchases represent 0.11% of the 264.90 million shares in issue on the mandate date. All repurchased shares—100,000 on 28 August, 100,000 on 31 August and 100,000 on 1 September—are to be cancelled; cancellation had not yet occurred as at the reporting date.

Despite the ongoing buy-back programme, the company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 264.90 million shares as of 1 September 2026 because the repurchased shares were still pending cancellation.

Under the existing authorisation, Qunabox may repurchase up to 26.49 million shares; after the first 300,000 shares, approximately 26.19 million shares, or 9.89% of outstanding equity, remain available for future buy-backs.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Qunabox is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 October 2026.
