Cleveland-Cliffs shares jumped another 6.1% in overnight trading. The company on Monday posted a third-quarter loss that was narrower than Wall Street estimates, as the company's automotive-grade steel business benefited from recent U.S. trade policies, sending its shares up 21.5%.

Proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services recommended investors vote down plans for AI company CoreWeave to buy infrastructure company Core Scientific in what was billed as a $9 billion deal. Core Scientific jumped 5.9% in overnight trading, while CoreWeave rose 1.4%.
