In parallel, the Environmental, Social and Governance Report 2025 has been released and can be downloaded from the same online platforms under the “Investor Relations” section.

Registered shareholders who prefer hard copies of the newly published materials—or any future corporate communications—can request printed versions by:

• Submitting a written notice at least 10 days in advance to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong; • Sending an email to ChinaShineway.ecom@computershare.com.hk, indicating name, address and the specific request; or • Calling the registrar’s customer service hotline at (852) 2862 8555 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
