UBOX Online Buys Back 88,000 H Shares on 23 July, Lifts Treasury Stock to 8.81 Million

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX Online) reported that it repurchased 88,000 H shares on 23 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 2.20 to HKD 2.34, with a volume-weighted average purchase price of HKD 2.27, bringing the total cash outlay to HKD 0.20 million.

Following the buyback, UBOX Online’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.01% to 937.70 million shares, while its treasury share balance increased to 8.81 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 946.51 million.

Since shareholders approved the current repurchase mandate on 28 May 2026, the company has repurchased 8.81 million shares, representing 0.93% of its issued share base at the mandate date. The mandate allows for repurchases of up to 94.65 million shares. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, UBOX Online is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 22 August 2026.
