Administrative Details • Shareholders wishing to exercise their voting rights by proxy must lodge the completed proxy form with the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 11:30 a.m. on 15 August 2026. • Completion and return of the proxy form does not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person.
