CANBRIDGE-B (01228) announced that the conditions set forth in the subscription agreement have been satisfied, and the settlement of the subscription has been completed on September 26, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. On the settlement date, the company allotted and issued a total of 9.996 million subscription shares to the subscribers at a subscription price of HK$2.26 per subscription share in the proportions set out in the announcement. The total gross proceeds from the subscription amounted to HK$22.59 million.
