Under this agreement, the company will be responsible for the sales and promotion of Bredent's "SKY Dental Implant System" in mainland China. Bredent is a specialized German oral healthcare company focused on the research, development, production, and sale of dental implant systems, bone regeneration materials, and periodontal treatment products. The SKY system is a core product line for Bredent, which includes implant series such as "blueSKY" and "narrowSKY," widely used in immediate, early, and delayed implantation procedures. SH PIONEER HLDG will act as Bredent's exclusive long-term partner for the marketing and distribution of the system in China. The company plans to leverage its extensive sales network in the dental sector, establish a specialized business division led by industry experts, and collaborate closely with renowned domestic dental specialists and key opinion leaders to expand the system's market presence and benefit a broader patient base.
