Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust announced on Sep, 16 2025 that it has issued about 4.686 million new units at an issue price of roughly 0.0006 million Singapore dollars per unit to settle 70.0% of the base component of its management fee for the period from Jan, 1 2025 to Jun, 30 2025.

Following the issuance, Sasseur Asset Management Pte. Ltd. now holds approximately 27.154 million units, representing 2.155% of the 1.260 billion units currently outstanding.
