Jinxin Fertility Group Limited (JXR) disclosed that it repurchased 2.42 million ordinary shares on 8 October 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HK$5.41 million. The shares were acquired at prices ranging between HK$2.21 and HK$2.30, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of roughly HK$2.23 per share.

Following the transaction, JXR’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.09 percentage points to 2.67 billion shares. The company’s treasury-share balance increased from 35.58 million to 38.01 million, representing about 1.40 % of the current issued share base.

In addition to the latest purchase, JXR has 92.47 million shares—equivalent to roughly 3.47 % of its existing issued share count—already repurchased for cancellation between March and August 2026 but not yet formally cancelled.

Since receiving shareholder approval on 25 June 2026, the group has bought back 50.55 million shares under its current mandate, equal to 1.93 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. The authorisation permits repurchases of up to 262.51 million shares, leaving substantial capacity for further buybacks. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury stock runs until 7 November 2026, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules.

Post-transaction, JXR’s total issued shares (including treasury) remain unchanged at 2.71 billion. The company confirmed all repurchases complied with listing regulations and that no material changes have been made to its previously filed explanatory statement.
