Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 03328) announced the completion of its 2025 Third Tranche of Total Loss-Absorbing Capacity (TLAC) Non-Capital Bonds issuance on 14 November 2025 in the national inter-bank bond market. The total issuance reached RMB30 billion, comprising two types of four-year bonds with a conditional redemption right at the end of the third year.

The first type involves RMB26 billion of fixed-rate bonds, carrying a coupon rate of 1.93%. The second type involves RMB4 billion of floating-rate bonds, starting with a coupon rate of 1.94% and a fixed spread of 0.46%. Proceeds from the transaction will be used to enhance the Bank’s total loss-absorbing capacity as permitted by law and approved by relevant authorities.
