As of the end of November, 320 key joint projects in the Sichuan-Chongqing economic zone have completed an investment of 481 billion yuan, achieving 109.2% of the annual investment target and surpassing the yearly goals ahead of schedule.

This year, the Joint Office for Promoting the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle has diligently implemented provincial arrangements for project development. By optimizing coordination mechanisms and enhancing resource allocation, it has accelerated project progress, providing strong support for the deepening integration of the dual-city economic zone.

**Infrastructure Expansion**: Landmark projects like the "Diverting Da River to Min River" initiative have commenced construction. Major transport corridors, including the Chengdu-Chongqing Middle Line and Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou High-Speed Railway, are advancing rapidly. The Sichuan-Chongqing natural gas base has exceeded an annual output of 70 billion cubic meters.

**Tech & Industrial Innovation**: Key projects such as BOE’s 8.6th-generation AMOLED production line in Chengdu High-Tech Zone and Yibin’s lithium battery industrial project are nearing completion. The Sichuan-Chongqing Gaozhu New Area’s sci-tech innovation base is now operational.

**Improved Development Environment**: Upgrades to Chunxi Road commercial district, ecological restoration along the upper Yangtze River, and the accelerated construction of the Chengdu-Europe Railway Hub are underway. The National Regional Medical Center (Beijing Anzhen Hospital’s Nanchong branch) has begun trial operations.

With the year-end冲刺 phase underway, the Joint Office is intensifying efforts to secure more tangible project outcomes. It is also drafting the 2026 key project list for the economic zone and collaborating with Chongqing to align with national plans, including the upcoming 15th Five-Year Plan for the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.
