Hong Kong-listed G-Vision International (Holdings) Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming stable capital structure and full compliance with Main Board public-float requirements.
The company’s authorised share capital stood unchanged at 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million.
Issued share capital also remained steady at 1.95 billion ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares held. No changes were recorded in June to the number of issued or treasury shares.
G-Vision affirmed that its public float meets the minimum 25% threshold stipulated by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The filing further noted that there were no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities or other arrangements that could result in additional share issuance.
The confirmation was signed by Director Judy Cheng Pak Ming on 2 July 2026, attesting that all regulatory and listing rule obligations have been duly observed.
