Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology Limited (the Group) has announced a leadership transition effective 26 May 2026. Non-executive director (NED) Ms. Li Chunxiang has resigned from both the Board and the Remuneration Committee, citing personal work commitments. The outgoing director confirmed she has no disagreements with the Board, and no matters require shareholder attention. The Board expressed appreciation for her contributions during her tenure.

Concurrently, Mr. Xie Bingbing, aged 39, has been appointed as a NED and member of the Remuneration Committee, also effective 26 May 2026. Mr. Xie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Shandong University of Finance and Economics and brings extensive experience in finance, corporate and capital management. His previous roles include assistant to the general manager of Shandong Huitong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., deputy head of the capital management department of Inspur Group, and director of Shandong Inspur Database Technology Co., Ltd. He currently serves as head of the capital management department at Inspur Group Co., Limited.

Mr. Xie has entered into a three-year service contract with the Company, renewable on a monthly notice basis, and will not receive director’s emoluments. He is subject to the standard retirement-by-rotation and re-election provisions under the Company’s articles of association. The Board confirmed that Mr. Xie has no relationships with directors, senior management or major shareholders, holds no interests in the Company’s shares, and has not held directorships in other listed companies in the past three years.

Following these changes, Inspur Digital Enterprise’s Board comprises three executive directors—Mr. Wei Daisen (Chairman), Mr. Wang Yusen and Mr. Cui Hongzhi—one non-executive director, Mr. Xie Bingbing, and three independent non-executive directors: Ms. Zhang Ruijun, Mr. Wong Lit Chor, Alexis, and Mr. Ding Xiangqian.
