OSL Group Limited reported that it maintained total authorised share capital at 2.00 billion shares (each with a par value of HKD 0.01) for February 2026, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million. The number of issued shares rose from 794.60 million to 899.29 million, reflecting an increase of 104.70 million shares. According to the announcement, 104.70 million new ordinary shares were placed or subscribed on 4 February 2026 at HKD 14.90 per share.

The group confirmed meeting the minimum public float requirement for its ordinary shares. Under the share option schemes, 2.68 million options from one scheme and 0.76 million from another were carried over with no exercises, and no treasury shares were involved. No warrants, convertibles, or other agreements to issue additional shares were reported for the period.
