Bingo Group Holdings Limited (8220) announced that, effective 28 October 2025, two executive Directors—Ms. CHOW Nga Chee Alice and Mr. YIP Yiu Bong—have resigned. According to the announcement, Ms. CHOW plans to focus on operational duties, while Mr. YIP will devote more time to other business commitments. Both confirmed no disagreement with the Board.

The announcement further disclosed the appointment of Mr. WANG Peng (also known as WANG Xingpeng) as an executive Director and the Chairman of the Board, with effect from 28 October 2025. Mr. WANG, aged 33, holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration from Wuhan University and has experience as a film and television producer. He will receive a monthly emolument of HK$10,000 plus a performance-based bonus.

No relationships were reported between Mr. WANG and the existing Directors or stakeholders of the Company. Mr. WANG does not hold any interest in the shares of Bingo Group within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and he has not served as a director in any listed company within the past three years.
