CMON Releases 2025 Annual Report and AGM Circular, Opens Mandate and Board Re-election Proposals for Shareholder Review

CMON Limited published its 2025 Annual Report together with a circular detailing proposals for (1) general mandates to issue and repurchase shares, (2) the re-election of retiring directors and (3) the re-appointment of the auditor, alongside the notice of the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).

Both the English and Chinese versions of these corporate documents are available on CMON’s website (www.cmon.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to access the web versions to expedite delivery and reduce printing costs.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online files, or who prefer hard copies, may complete the enclosed request form and return it to Hong Kong branch share registrar Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon receipt of the request.

Shareholders holding CMON shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited can instruct their intermediaries to receive corporate communications electronically by supplying a functional email address. Until such an address is provided, the company will continue to send physical notices of publication.
