Singapore Shipping Corporation Limited announced the allotment and issuance of 9.31 million new shares to shareholders who elected to participate in its scrip dividend scheme for the financial year ended Mar, 31 2026.

The new shares were issued at 0.266 Singapore dollars each, a 9.83% discount to the average volume-weighted average price recorded on the Singapore Exchange over the five trading days from Aug, 07 2026 to Aug, 11 2026.

The shares were credited to participants’ Central Depository accounts on Sep, 24 2026 and are expected to begin trading on the SGX Mainboard on Sep, 28 2026. Following the issuance, the company’s total outstanding share capital stands at 419.94 million ordinary shares.

Shareholders who did not opt for the scrip alternative will receive the final FY2026 cash dividend on Sep, 28 2026.
