Balance Sheet and Liquidity As of 30 June 2026, total assets edged up 0.9% from end-2025 to THB 8.33 billion. Key movements: • Cash and cash equivalents shrank by THB 836.56 million to THB 146.31 million, while fixed deposits (classified as short-term investments) increased by THB 999.03 million to THB 4.58 billion, reflecting a shift into longer-term deposits amid lower overnight yields. • Total liabilities fell 22.1% to THB 586.78 million, improving the equity ratio to 92.9%. • Shareholders’ equity rose 3.1% to THB 7.74 billion, supported by retained earnings and a THB 107.07 million foreign-currency translation gain, partly offset by a THB 39.16 million mark-to-market loss on Shangri-La Asia shares.

Cash Flow H1 operating cash inflow amounted to THB 139.39 million, down 28.4% YoY, while investing outflows widened to THB 990.26 million due to higher fixed-deposit placements and ongoing capital expenditure of THB 29.66 million. Outlook Considerations Management cites continued geopolitical headwinds affecting Bangkok tourist arrivals but notes stronger MICE demand in Chiang Mai. Cost discipline, lower foreign-exchange volatility, and reduced associate losses underpinned the first-half earnings surge.

Shangri-La Asia Limited (HKEX: 0069), the parent company, remains unaffected in its consolidated statements as this announcement pertains to the Thai subsidiary SHANG’s interim performance.
