Shenzhen Expressway Co Ltd (HKEX: 00548) has issued an announcement stating that its board of directors held a meeting and approved the resolution regarding the nomination of candidates for the tenth board of directors.

The non-independent director candidates have been confirmed as Mr. Liu Zhengyu, Mr. Liao Xiangwen, Ms. Jin Zhenyuan, Mr. Hou Shenghai, Mr. Chen Yunjiang, Ms. Wu Yanling, and Mr. Ma Chao.

The independent non-executive director candidates are Mr. Miao Jun, Mr. Xu Huaxiang, Mr. Yan Yan, and Mr. He Zuowen.

These nominations will be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for election.
