Pioneer Global Group (00224) Announces EGM Poll Results and Auditor Appointment

Pioneer Global Group Limited (Stock Code: 00224) held an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 25 November 2025. Shareholders voted on a single ordinary resolution regarding the appointment of a new auditor. According to the poll results, 743,689,777 shares (representing 100% of votes cast) were in favor, and none were against.

The resolution approves the appointment of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited to serve as the auditor with effect from 25 November 2025 until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting. As at the date of the EGM, the total number of issued shares was 1,154,038,656. There were no restrictions on any shareholders regarding voting on the resolution, and no shareholders were required to abstain.

All directors attended the EGM in person or via electronic means, except for one director who was unable to attend due to other business commitments. The board extends a welcome to Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited on its appointment as the new auditor of the company.
