Icon Culture Global Company Limited (the “Company”) has announced that Executive Director Liu Biao will step down effective 20 October 2025. According to the Company, Liu Biao’s departure is prompted by his decision to devote more time to pursue his own business. Liu Biao confirmed he has no disagreement with the Board and that there are no matters requiring further attention from shareholders.

The Board of Directors expressed its sincere gratitude for Liu Biao’s contributions during his tenure.
