Zhejiang Taimei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “TAIMEI TECH”) announced that Dong Xiaohan, aged 42, has been re-elected as the company’s Employee Representative Supervisor following a vote at the employee representatives’ meeting on 23 June 2026. Dong will serve on the third session of the Supervisory Committee—alongside Wen Gang and Cai Xin—for a three-year term commencing 23 June 2026 and ending upon expiry of the committee’s mandate in 2029.

Dong first joined TAIMEI TECH in November 2016 as a senior manager in public relations and marketing, rejoined the firm in May 2018, and has led the division since then. She has also chaired the Supervisory Committee since July 2024. Her career spans 11 years in marketing and finance-related roles at companies including CIT Finance & Leasing, Leo Burnett Black Pen Advertising (Shanghai), Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Service, IMS Market Research Consulting (Shanghai) and Shanghai Huiji Financial Information Services.

While the supervisory role carries no additional remuneration, Dong receives a monthly salary of RMB 0.09 million in her capacity as Director of the Public Relations and Marketing Division. Compensation is supplemented by discretionary bonuses, pension contributions, share-based payments and other employee benefits, all set according to the company’s remuneration framework and market benchmarks.

As of the announcement date, Dong holds a long position in 185,403 unvested H-share awards granted under TAIMEI TECH’s 2026 H Share Award Scheme, representing approximately 0.03% of the company’s total share capital and 0.09% of its H-share issuance.

The Board and Supervisory Committee confirmed that Dong has no additional roles within the group, no relationships with directors, senior management or major shareholders, and no other disclosable interests under Hong Kong listing rules.
