China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited announced that the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) has approved the qualification of Mr. Shen Qiang to serve as Vice President, under approval document NFRA [2026] No. 389.

The Bank’s board had endorsed Mr. Shen’s appointment on 20 May 2026, stipulating that it would take effect upon regulatory clearance. With the NFRA’s consent now secured, Mr. Shen officially assumed the role on 24 July 2026.
